Qualifications

Top Requirements



  • Previous experience with payroll and benefits administration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Flexibility - some holiday or off-cycle work required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment



Key Responsibilities



  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 403(b)
  • Prepare reports and metrics related to payroll, benefits utilization, and compliance
