POSITION SUMMARY The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage IT projects across multiple global manufacturing sites. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to business requirements and ensuring service quality throughout the project lifecycle. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 2. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. 3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. 4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled. 5. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. 7. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Education / Experience * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a global or multi-regional manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. * Knowledge of IT service management best practices Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Geographical Location: Arizona:Tempe Physical Location: Tempe, AZ - Headquarters Shift: Shift 1 Work Schedule: M-F 0800-1630 Full Time Export Control: This job position may include access to controlled information or technology covered under applicable U.S. export control laws. As such, employment for this job position may be contingent on either verification that an applicant falls under the definition of a "U.S. Person" (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status)or on the Company timely obtaining any necessary export license required under federal laws.
