Job Description The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of all HRIS technology and providing associate support services including new HRIS migration from UKG to Dayforce, complex reporting, system upgrades & maintenance, timely solutions to service requests, and the ongoing analysis of systems to identify improvements and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing HRIS systems. Responsibilities
Effectively lead and assist the HRIS team to research and resolve associate service requests received by ticketing system related to HRIS technology.
