SITE MANAGER - FOSSIL POWER
TASK MANAGEMENT OF ASH MATERIAL MOVEMENT POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, responsible for the successful execution of all contract obligations at assigned sites. Coordinate and provide oversight of task-managed activities associated with on and off-site movement of fossil power plant ash material with large front-end loaders and dump trucks at several fossil sites. Ensures that all work is performed in a safe and productive manner and in accordance with the quality standards of both the customer and D&Z. Serves as the principal contact to the customer for day-to-day operational issues and business development opportunities. Provides assistance with proposals, as required. Effectively manages relationships with key client stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining internal and external industry knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and development. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Related Field Preferred Experience: 5 - 10 Years of Experience in the Fossil Power Industry, Extensive Mechanical and BOP Knowledge Earth moving experience and/or coal yard operation knowledge are a plus. Certifications: Completion of a Journeyman Program and/or Equivalent Combination of Education & Experience Required OSHA 30 - Can be provided if not currently certified. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000 - $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
