Roles/Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server, C#, SQL, Angular, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. And Proactive learning/involvement in any new technological initiatives being executed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
* Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
* Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
* Implement best practices for software development, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.
* Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and technical specifications.
* Assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks and projects.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and data protection standards.
* Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in (including , but not limited to):
- Angular 18+, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML 5, CSS 3, SASS
- .NET Core / .NET Framework version8, AWS SDK
- MS SQL Server, including strong SQL skills, Stored Procedures/Function/Triggers development skills, SSRS, SSIS
- Cloud: Docker, AWS
- BitBucket
- CB Jenkins Pipelines
- And willingness to learn new technologies and industry best practices/trends
- This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the company technological advancements.

Job Location: Dallas, TX - Remote work is allowed.

The annual salary for this position is between $60K - $110K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
