Job Description Job Title: Project Lead - FLRAA/ACaMS Working Pattern: Fulltime Working location: Indianapolis, IN There is an exciting opportunity as a Project Lead within the Rolls-Royce FLRAA Program. The Project Lead will support the Advanced Controls and Monitoring System (ACaMS) product development activity in support of the FLRAA contract as well other potential contracts utilizing the ACaMS solution. This role will support the planning and execution of the program objectives within and across the various integrated product teams. Why Rolls-Royce? What you will be doing: With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to report to the VP of Programs and take day to day direction from the Program Manager in support of program deliverables. This role will require strong collaboration skills, as you will be leading the integrated program team's project management activity for your scope of work. The work will include maintaining detailed schedules for contract execution, performing budget monitoring and reporting, assisting with task management and coordination, as well as supporting the engineering team members and the day to day needs of the group.
