Salesforce Solutions Architect - (Remote)

This is a remote role open for multiple markets across the United States.

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture and technical designs within the Salesforce ecosystem while adhering to rigorous enterprise standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to translate its capabilities into clear insights for large enterprise IT stakeholder. The architect will collaborate with business units to identify cost-effective and efficient solutions while ensuring compliance and thorough documentation. They will support development teams in delivering well-defined solutions within planned timeframes, effectively communicating complex Salesforce concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences to drive business value.

• Solution Development - Lead architectural design and oversight across multiple agile teams and Salesforce Orgs. Advocate for Salesforce on-platform solutions by conducting thorough research on alternatives to ensure optimal simplicity and efficiency. Expertly translate business requirements into Salesforce capabilities, delivering compelling proofs of concept as needed. Engage with business stakeholders to clearly communicate feasible solutions within constraints while presenting a compelling strategic vision.
• Consultation - Provides consultation to the business unit, management, and associates on all phases of integration systems development and processes. Acts as a trusted advisor on strategies and approaches for overall integration of technology components including industry base practices for standard and not-standard integrations.
• Architectural Coordination and Artifacts - Collaborates with the Enterprise Architects in Application Portfolio Management, identifying technical debt, developing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams, and documenting key architecture decisions in ADRs (Architecture Decision Records)
• Salesforce Ecosystem - Define and help drive enterprise technical designs and frameworks supporting a multi-Org Salesforce environment that balances the need to delivery business capabilities and reduce risks to the bank.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software application development OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software application development

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Salesforce experience including multiple years as a Salesforce Architect

Preferred License or Certification Type:

• Multiple Salesforce certifications supporting Administration, Development and Architecture

Preferred Skill(s):

• Knowledge of compliance regulations, system development methodologies and tools, and IT systems framework and standards
• Consulting and relationship management skills

The base pay for this position is generally between $133,000 and $196,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
