The Safety & Quality Consultant is an essential position on the MassHealth team providing numerous critical functions for quality and performance reporting and quality improvement initiatives that is focused on MassHealth quality performance data collection and reporting. The MassHealth Hospital Quality and Equity Incentive Program (HQEIP) is a performance-based initiative aimed at improving health equity and care quality across Massachusetts. The HQEIP hospitals participating are focusing on data collection, equity interventions, and organizational capacity building to address health equity.
