We are currently hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant for one of the top Financial Service companies in Colorado!
*Description* Reports and Projects: * Provide assistance with the compilation and review of leadership team reports, and other various reports and documents. * Compose and/or edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations ensuring a professional corporate design, efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion. * Organize and maintain confidential files and records. * Attend meetings as required, prepare accurate minutes, and follow through on action items as necessary. * Conduct research and assemble data to prepare reports and documents. * Assist with projects as assigned. Divisional Support: * Manage applicable corporate files to include scanning, filing, and retrieval. * Collaborate with other administrative staff. * Review and approve timesheets for executive staffs' direct reports. * Review correspondence and contracts to ensure accuracy, quality, and professional appearance. * Enter purchase requests into D365. * Manage division supplies. * Copy/scan and distribute materials. * Responsible for office/facility administration Meeting Support: * Ensure recurring meetings (one-on-one's, quarterly team meetings, sales team meetings, etc.) are scheduled on executive's calendars and address any conflicts. * Coordinate internal and external meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings as needed, and prepare meeting notes. Travel and Expense Reports: * Maintain calendars of executive staff, including the scheduling of meetings. * Coordinate travel for executive staff. * Prepare expense reports for executive staff. *Qualifications* *Must Have* * 5-8 years of administrative experience including at least 2 years of providing executive support in a corporate setting * Excellent verbal, written, proofreading, analytical, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. * Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and priorities. * Detail oriented; accurate; strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, self-motivated, an initiator, able to assume responsibility. * Adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, and learns new programs quickly. * Exercise independent judgment in determining what matters can be individually handled or referred to a management team person for direction/completion. * Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Experience with PC and/or MAC. * Ability to take meeting minutes. * Maintaining confidentiality is a must. * Some travel may be required. #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.37 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
