Therapist - High Complexity AllHealth Network is currently looking for qualified Therapist to join our team of passionate behavioral health service professionals on our High Complexity Recovery Cooperative team. Job Description: Therapist - High Complexity The Recovery Cooperative welcomes clients with varying needs who are on the path to recovery from co-occurring addiction and mental illness. The Co-Op offers a unique variety of outpatient groups, individual, family/couple sessions, case management, peer support, evidenced-based trauma-informed interventions such as EMDR and IFS. Services are delivered in an inviting, shame-free environment. The team collaborates on an individualized recovery plan based on the client's goals. This position provides behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and/or their families utilizing strength-based and recovery models of service delivery.
Qualifications:
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. Shift/Location: Full-time position, 40 hours per week This role is hybrid with a requirement of at least 2 days of in person days each week at the Briarwood office. In person days will be determined by the needs of the clients. Pay Rate: $57,000 - $60,000 (Unlicensed, LPCC, LMFTC, LSW) $65,000 - $70,000 (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) If you hold your LAC an additional $5,000 will be added to your base salary 10% bilingual differential, this role does offer supervision towards licensure The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
