Accountant I (Entry) WHAT YOU WILL DO Reconcile each cardholder account monthly:accounting for transactions, processing transaction files, and correcting errors timely Correspond with departmental administrators on any missing invoices monthly Enforce cardholder agreement for the corporate card program for each cardholder Monthly reporting to management on the status of cardholder accounts and report delinquent accounts Facilitate requests for credit limit increases to management for approval Card usage:Ensuring cardholders follow company policies and stay within budget Reconcile the cash accounts daily and monthly Transfer money between cash accounts Upload ACH and Wire payments twice a week Cut checks on days assigned Weekly cash forecasting for the month Daily cash forecasting Perform additional projects assigned. Travel up to 5% of time domestically and internationally. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior Proficient skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proficient self-management skills Proficient oral and written communication skills Proficient with SAP preferred but not required WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE BS in Accounting or related fields of study 0-3 years accounting experience Experience working in culturally diverse team environment Candidates applying for positions with Hyundai and KIA must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
