About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (within HR or Finance functions within a corporate environment)
  • Customer Service experience within all levels of an organization
  • Financial Reporting and account reconciliation experience
  • Audit and external support experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience

What will you be doing in this role?...

  • Responsible for administering and managing Clarivate's equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support and education to employees. Involves collaboration across various departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall employee experience with stock plans.
  • Manage a variety of equity instruments within the stock plan database, addressing the tax implications associated with multiple jurisdictions while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist employees by providing information on tax facts and resources related to their stock plans, while refraining from giving direct tax advice.
  • Help employees resolve issues related to tax certifications and backup withholding, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage processes such as Insider pre-clearance and specialized transaction tracking for instruments like SAFE, trustee plans, and warrants.
  • Gain familiarity with grant processes and associated documentation for various equity instruments to streamline administration.
  • Understand issuer obligations regarding the coding of stock accounts (e.g., block trading, Officer, Director, Rule 144) and effectively reconcile and update these codes as necessary.
  • Collaborate on equity-related communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform decision-making and improve processes, utilizing developed skills to tackle challenges and escalate non-standard issues as needed.

About the Team

We are a two-person Stock Plan Administration team with high visibility and global reach. Led by the Director, Stock Plan Services, we work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain the integrity of stock plan data.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hybrid position working out of one of our Ann Arbor office location

Ability to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide

Compensation - US Only

The expected base salary for this position is $70,000 - $88,000 USD per year plus a 7% bonus potential. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability,expertise,and relevant factors.
