Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides support to Executives in attaining company objectives.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Maintains filing system.
  • Schedules and assists in the logistics of events and meetings and participates as required.
  • Creates regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations.

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience working in an administrative or support position.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $28.00 and $34.00/hr.. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
