Senior Program Manager - ServiceNow PPM Hanover MD Pay From: $84 per hour MUST: Experienced Senior Program Manager ServiceNow PPM expert Project Manage ment Professional Certification (PMP) TS clearence required Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' support for operational management Operational knowledge of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Manager and/or MS Project Portfolio Management. Customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions Flow Designer and Workflow Editor proficiency Integration experience (Jira, SAP, MS Project, REST/SOAP APIs) Agile/Waterfall proficiency Functional knowledge of the DCSA or equivalent DOD Adjudication and Vetting processes pertaining to personnel security clearances DUTIES: Senior Program Manager (Lead ServiceNow PPM) to coordinate complex projects Developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans using ServiceNow PPM and MS Project, facilitating strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with agency goals, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members, interfacing with Government PMs, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans, and creating high-quality deliverables such as POAMs, risk registers, change requests, and status reports.
