Partner Operations - Product Ops Program Manager (C) The Partner Operations team is responsible for enabling the growth of our 3rd party services partnerships through scalable technical and operationally sound solutions. In our growing business, we work to create innovative offer platforms and offer delivery tools to enable our services footprint to grow through the customer base of 3rd party partners. This role will place you in the center of finding the best solutions our partners, and our future services subscribers. We're looking for a product operations program manager to support the launch of new services with third party partners, as well as new platform features to services integration platform. In this role, you will help us plan routes to market for new features, evaluate operational efficiency across existing partnership models, and support internal operational scaling. To that end, you will work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing. Key Qualifications * Strong technical savvy with the ability to understand system architecture and ability to identify gaps in workflows * Outstanding influencing skills with ability to gain alignment on solutions that work best for all teams involved * Efficient and clear communication as a key stakeholder in cross functional environments * Proficiency crafting high impact presentations using Keynote to clearly articulate solutions * Passion for translating business needs to technical requirements * 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, product management, or technical operations * Familiarity with API specifications and translating to technical documents to real world customer journeys * Experience with building training materials, product roadmaps, and operational launch plans. Description * Create strong documentation for both internal, external, and leadership audiences. * Gather business requirements for future enhancements of our third party integration platform * Work cross-functionally with internal groups and external partners (as needed) to create go-to-market plans and roadmaps for upcoming platform feature enhancements * Manage roadmap for tools leveraged to onboard and maintain partners and advocate for enhancement capabilities with relevant stakeholders * Troubleshoot partner escalations and support our broader team with platform inquiries * Document reporting requirements to enhance visibility into the health of the business and efficacy of our platform * Drive deliverables on other projects as assigned Education & Experience Bachelors degree (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
