THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Specialist to support our communications lead. In this position, you will produce high-quality content that engages employees and builds brand recognition.

Your main duties will also include creating informative content to amplify our company and employee stories. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with an eye for visual design and strong organizational skills.

As key objectives for this role, you will:

  • Draft and develop content for internal communications to support the broader business
  • Create, edit, and manage intranet content log and schedule
  • Support the communications lead by anticipating communication requests, understanding various audiences and constituencies, and managing requests and inquiries for the team
  • Support internal and external communications and events
  • Manage and support events logistics, including annual events calendar, town halls, and senior leadership meetings

Key responsibilities:

  • Create informative and interesting internal copy, SharePoint/intranet layouts, and related internal marketing materials.
  • Advise and deploy effective communication strategies that build employee confidence and awareness, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of digital communications materials.
  • Review all communications to guarantee all content is publication ready.
  • Execute internal campaigns for new announcements, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Manage internal mailboxes and campaigns.
  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU

You are driven to by a deep passion for writing and executing projects. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills. You have an eye for graphic design with two or three years of experience managing internal websites, and an ability to evolve communication strategies using data. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments and cultures.

We are also looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' writing & editing experience in a corporate role.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate communication practices, processes, and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic and global team.
  • Value diversity and take pride in a team that brings together diversity of thoughts, expressions, and points of view.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, and discretion in management of information.

Location

This role is open to candidates across our global office locations, with 3 days in office 2 days remote work schedule. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with travel to other locations occasionally.

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $63,496.80 - $95,245.20 and is bonus eligible.

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
