About the RoleThe Floating Make Ready Technician is responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready by performing repairs, cleaning tasks, and addressing minor maintenance issues. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as it involves traveling between multiple properties to assist with make-ready tasks. The Make Ready Technician will work closely with property managers and other team members to ensure timely unit turnovers and proper maintenance. With regular local travel supported by an auto allowance, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a proven track record in multifamily or residential maintenance are required; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. This role's schedule will be Monday - Friday, either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm. What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
