Senior Experience Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Experience Design Specialist with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Interaction Designer across various platforms including Salesforce Sharepoint PEGA AEM ServiceNow SAP and PowerBI. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Interaction Designer
• Lead the development and implementation of experience design strategies across multiple platforms.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sharepoint PEGA AEM ServiceNow SAP and PowerBI to enhance user experience.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design strategies.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
• Ensure all design solutions are aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in experience design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the adoption of design thinking methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Experience Design with Salesforce Sharepoint PEGA AEM ServiceNow SAP and PowerBI.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be adept at conducting user research and usability testing.
• Nice to have experience in the Retail Banking domain.
• Should be proficient in developing and implementing design strategies.

Certifications Required

Certified Experience Design Professional Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
