About the role:

This is an opportunity to work alongside an engaging, collaborative and highly valued team within Marketing. We are seeking a team member to support the multifaceted work that is done within the Cardiology Marketing Digital Enablement team, while showcasing their attention to detail, problem solving, organizational skills, data analysis and other contributions. These projects may include delivering processes, systems, and tools that support and enable efficient and effective creation and delivery of marketing programs, ensure Quality System compliance within the Marketing function, facilitate strategic planning, and increase accountability.

This role follows a hybrid work model requiring the selected candidate to work hybrid out of our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Project management - Plan, organize, and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals and objectives while honoring project constraints.
  • Systems administration - Evaluate and modify, as appropriate, marketing operations systems or tools for continuous improvement. Manage implementation and ongoing maintenance of Sales Enablement platform for Cardiology
  • Process ownership - Create, maintain, interpret, and recommend modifications and improvements to policies and procedures impacting Cardiology Marketing.
  • Education / training - Identify the need for, develop, and deliver training, as needed, to help others most effectively use and comply with marketing operational processes, systems, and tools. Educate users on current LAR SOPs and WIs.
  • Monitor performance - Track, analyze, and interpret metrics on operations initiatives, such as APRIMO systems/processes and sales enable to for continuous improvement.
  • Audits - Prepare for and lead PSST/LAR compliance audits for Cardiology Marketing related to the development and distribution of PSST material.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems. Ensure communications are proactively set up to manage expectations, timelines, and logistics.
  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations, or Business preferred
  • Minimum of (5) five years of proven, direct experience in developing and deploying marketing operations and processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills (ie - consider milestones, resource implication, timing, etc)
  • Strong knowledge and application of business and technical concepts, procedures, and practices to solve a range of problems through applying appropriate technical/functional experience.
  • Exercises judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors while exercising autonomy to propose alternatives
  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for tradeshows and/or trainings



Preferred qualifications:



  • 2+ years in medical device or healthcare industry
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics and performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to influence without authority



Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
