Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for an Assistant Location Controller/Administrative Manager! Please review the responsibilities and needed qualifications below and apply today!

Responsibilities

Perform general accounting and financial analysis activities. Prepare Journal Entries. Reconcile general ledger accounts. Analyze branch metrics and provide financial analysis and recommendations to the business. Assist in month end closing functions. Provide assistance and training to associates. Prepare, complete, analyze and report accounting transactions. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and associates. Focus of responsibilities may be to perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, credit and collection, sales rebate duties. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Degree in accounting and three (3) years accounting experience. Requires excellent communication skills and demonstrated positive interpersonal skills. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and 365.

Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of the building materials industry preferred. Proficient in utilizing PC software applications necessary for performing job responsibilities. The ability to travel for training purposes.
