Summary of Position

Kinsley Materials is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by answering inbound calls, collecting order details, and entering accurate information into our order tracking system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Collect and confirm key order information, including material type, quantity, delivery details, and job site location
  • Accurately enter all order data into the internal order log system
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and sales teams as needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving general inquiries and escalating issues appropriately
  • Maintain organized call records and documentation
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with computers and data entry systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
