Well, Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Packaging Lead position at a logistics company located in Cincinnati, OH. Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr. Schedule: 2:15pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Oversee the safe and efficient use of packaging staff, equipment, and resources while ensuring full compliance with FDA regulations, GMPs, and quality standards. Continuously assess and improve safety, quality, and operational performance. Lead, coach, and mentor the packaging team, maintain up-to-date SOPs and work instructions, and ensure all training requirements are fully met. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
