The Job The Manager of Corporate Strategy will play an active role in developing and driving SCAN's enterprise level strategy. This position will serve as an in-house consultant, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to align strategic activities across SCAN departments, and supporting business unit strategy development. You Will Work with the Executive Team to define, and facilitate progress towards SCAN's enterprise-level strategy. Communicate strategic priorities effectively on behalf of the CEO and assist in diagnosing and solving tactical problems that limit goal achievement. The Corporate Strategy Manager will co-lead annual strategic planning process in partnership with department leaders across SCAN. This includes initiative tracking, KPI monitoring, and preparing for quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Collaborate with these department leaders to ensure that their business's departmental strategies are aligned with enterprise-level strategy. Prepare and review analytics to provide visibility to the effectiveness of company business plans and operations. Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to the CEO and leadership team. Develop and lead change management activities to drive implementation of strategic initiatives. Define measurement criteria to monitor the performance of strategic initiatives. Monitor industry trends to inform strategic planning. Co-manage Corporate Strategy Analyst with Senior Director, Corporate Strategy. Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.
