JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accurately receive and process materials and services in the ERP system.
* Collaborate with vendors to obtain proof of delivery when packing slips are not provided.
* Support materials-related projects and assignments as required.
* Prepare and compile reports as needed, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
* Perform various administrative tasks for the materials department, including invoice receiving, maintaining electronic files, and document organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be US Citizen
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receiving or inventory-related role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience working with ERP systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
* Knowledge of best practices in record keeping and documentation.
