Apply now Job Summary Oversees the coordination and day-to-day operations of all aspects of the PA SNAP-Ed/EAT RIGHT PHILLY Nutrition Education Program funded by USDA through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed), including planning, organizing, budgeting, staffing, leading, program evaluation, and overseeing program activities. Support the Primary Investigator (P.I.) in the development of new initiatives that support the strategic direction of PA SNAP-Ed, including development of relationships with SNAP-Ed Eligible Program Delivery Sites. Collaborates on the development of long term goals and objectives set by the P.I. ) Implements and tracks long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. Contributes to an annual Program Proposal which includes an annual budget, operating plan, and supporting materials to support the program. Prepares financial quarterly reports and invoices for PA SNAP-Ed, completes annual reporting, oversees, under the direction of the PI, program documentation and program evaluation activities. Acts as liaison between Drexel Office of Research and Innovation and the program external partners. Responsible for overall hiring, supervision, and evaluation of program staff. Serves as an advanced level nutrition coordinator. Prepares professional reports, publications and presentations. Oversees development of program evaluation tools and protocols to comply with the USDA Guidance, Drexel University, PA SNAP-Ed, and other organizations as needed. Must be a Registered Dietitian. Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field required; PhD preferred. PA Criminal background check, FBI, and child abuse clearances necessary. Must have access to a reliable form of transportation to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Current ServSafe Manager certification a plus. Essential Functions

Additional Information This position is classified as Exempt, grade M. Compensation for this grade ranges from $75,200 to $112,790 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
