Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a B2B Global Marketing Strategist for the Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Team. Intralox solutions in this space are giving the world's largest food producers new choices in food safety and automation. The Marketing Department, under this candidate's leadership, is critical to the adoption of the solutions in the global marketplace.
In this role, we are looking for someone who excels at working collaboratively and across teams to deliver the story of our products and services, efficiently and effectively through the strategic development of multi-channel marketing campaigns for lead generation, lead nurturing and brand awareness for new and existing customers. This role requires teamwork with our in-house Marketing Team to bring our products and services to life.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our target customers, industry value, applications and technologies, and competition through a variety of resources including plant visits and market research.
  • Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the Industry Team
  • Collaborate with all Food Industry teams to translate business strategies into marketing strategies and lead the development of data-driven global marketing strategies
  • Act as Subject Matter Advisor for the business to influence how we engage with customers to drive relevance, distinctiveness, and growth
  • Determine measurements of success for each team, report on the impact of tactical initiatives, share best practices across teams
  • Formulate strategies to boost traffic and engagement for global industry trade shows, ensuring thorough measurement and analysis post-event.
  • Craft marketing strategies for new product launches, market expansion, and relationship strengthening through account-based marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience in marketing with experience
  • Self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Creative thinker adept at simplifying complexities and driving strategy while sequencing business priorities.
  • Confident, positive, resilient, proactive, and resourceful
  • Strong leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach
  • Collaborative skills to integrate ideas / principles / multiple inputs of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the latest media and digital solutions
  • Superb written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including some international travel
