| Description General Summary The Nondestructive Testing Sr Technician will independently perform inspections utilizing various advanced NDT techniques (Phased Array UT, CR, DR) seeking corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions in accordance with specific written criteria. The Sr. Technician will perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements. The Sr. Technician will be able to communicate processes, procedures and results to customers. The Sr Technician will assist in training apprentices in the various NDT Methods.  Job Qualifications 
  
 High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 4 yrs. experience in NDT field as a certified technician in at least 2 methodsCertified to Level II in a minimum of two methods (UTPA, CR, DR, ET)Optical Gas Imaging CertificationAbility to work in Microsoft WordAbility to work with computers / computerized equipmentAbility to read, understand, and communicate in EnglishTravel requirement; 0-75%Ability to follow instructions
 Work Conditions 
  
 Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphereInteraction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnelWorking in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levelsMust be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protectionMay be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changesMay be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis

 Additional Job Description Anticipated compensation for this role is $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year plus benefits. Note: Disclosure as required by Cal. Lab. Code * 432.3 of the pay range for this role when being hired into our locations in California. Team reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
