Role: Warehouse/Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Anderson, South Carolina

Molnlycke is looking for a Warehouse /Distribution Center Supervisor in the Anderson, South Carolina area to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supervising personnel in processing and distributing shipments, ensuring a clean, safe, and positive work environment. We are looking for someone with an energetic, engaging personality - someone who thrives on collaboration and drive continuous improvements. Strong in the utilization of SAP to assign workloads based on staff competencies, supervise activities through observation and inspections, and provide coaching to enhance performance and development.

Key Accountabilities:

* Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance production, quality, and safety.

* Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

* Prepare work schedules, prioritize assignments, and adjust based on workload and staffing needs.

* Supervise employees to ensure quality and productivity standards are met, and assist in establishing these standards.

* Administer and communicate company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Monitor physical inventory, conduct inventory and cycle counts, and review transport documents.

* Assist in gathering and analyzing data for special reports as requested.

* Perform duties of subordinate personnel during absences or high workload periods.

* Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification and experience:

* Preferably bachelor's degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Forklift Certified (preferred)

* Microsoft Excel experience (preferred)

* Requires 2-3 years of increasingly responsible experience to understand distribution and customs procedures, coordinate work, and manage product inventory requirements like lot control and rotation.

This position requires the following:

* Strong people management skills with the ability to foster a positive work culture.

* Emotional Intelligence - ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions - and also recognize, influence, and respond to other people's emotions.

* Lean mindset with demonstrated experience of improving processes for the betterment of the employees and organization. (Yellow/Green belt preferred) to make decisions

* SAP Experience

* Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures
