Job DescriptionThe Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is an entry-level role within the Human Resources department, focused on managing the full-cycle recruitment process for staff positions. This position is key to supporting TSTC's mission of building strong teams that drive educational and workforce development. The Talent Acquisition Associate will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. This role requires active engagement with external platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

Hiring Range: 49,084.31 - 53,992.74
The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Conduct the entire recruitment process from posting job openings to extending job offers.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the decision-making process.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
Utilize Workday (WD) to manage applicant data, ensuring accurate and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to refine and improve recruitment strategies.

Networking & Candidate Sourcing:
Actively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job search engines.
Represent TSTC at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.

Community and Industry Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with local Chambers of Commerce, industry associations, and community organizations.
Engage with external stakeholders to enhance TSTC's recruitment outreach and community involvement.

Qualifications:
Experience: 0-3 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Recruiter, or Coordinator.

Education: Preferred, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
experience in lieu of formal education.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition.

Experience with Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job search platforms; experience with Workday (WD) or similar ATS systems is advantageous.

Travel: Willingness to travel for job fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities.
