Inventory Resolution

The Inventory Resolution Representative is responsible for the research and reporting of cycle count activities within the facility

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work within takt/cycle time

• Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory

• Update transactions in computer system

• Cycle count process

• Review credits, cycle counts, transfer orders, purchase orders and other inventory related transactions

• Conducts daily, detailed research of cycle count variances, providing root causes

• Reports cycle count statuses to include, but not limited to dollar/piece variances, cycle count completion, and inventory accuracy ratings

• Schedule manual counts to support variance research

• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

• Practice 6S

• Receive parts and tools

• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time

• Repetitive motion

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School or GED diploma required

• Proficient typing and ten key skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• AX and HJ experience required

• High attention to detail
