Field-Based Sales role covering a multi-state region (VA NC SC ) Preferred Candidate Location: Charlotte or Raleigh We're excited to announce an opening for a Sales Associate in our high-performing South Atlantic Territory! This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to break into medical sales and ready to embrace a unique learning experience. Over the course of 18-24 months, you'll receive hands-on field training while partnering closely with 5-6 passionate, dedicated, and collaborative sales reps across a multi-state region. With 60-75% overnight travel, you'll gain valuable exposure to a variety of hospital systems and selling styles, developing the skills and confidence needed to run your own territory. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be prepared-and expected-to relocate into a full-time Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role, taking the next step in your sales career with us. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $55,000 per year; this role is eligible for quarterly bonus & car reimbursement.
