Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Product Marketing Manager position, you'll drive omni-channel marketing strategies to fuel category growth and customer engagement. Partnering closely with Category Captains, sales, and product management teams, you'll craft compelling product positioning, impactful messaging, and seamless go-to-market execution. Leveraging data-driven insights, creative storytelling, and strategic marketing initiatives, you will enhance product visibility, boost sales performance, and strengthen Direct Supply's market presence.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Implement omni-channel go-to-market strategies for product launches, category awareness, and customer conversion.

  • Create and manage sales training materials, enablement tools, and marketing assets.

  • Manage product presence at tradeshows, showrooms, and product demonstrations.

  • Serve as the marketing "face" of the product in testimonials, webinars, blog posts, and presentations.

  • Support sales teams in high-profile customer engagements with strategic marketing insights and materials.

  • Utilize AI-driven analytics and market research to optimize campaigns and boost customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, merchandising, and sales, to drive category success.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or brand management.

  • Strong expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and AI-driven analytics.

  • Ability to develop compelling narratives that drive engagement and sales conversion.
