Provide analysis and reporting of quality related processes and participate in quality improvement processes. Provide guidance through the application of Business Process Engineering (BPE) and Quality Driven Management (QDM) techniques for value assessment and achievement of business outcomes. Support root cause analysis and correction actions of internal and customer CAPAs. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and/or Good Manufacturing Practice. Position leads Healthcare Quality Engineering projects. Experience in customer/supplier management, process certification, corrective action, continuous improvement, temp-controlled logistics or DRIVE (Planview) desired. Position will analyze logistics processes to identify improvement areas and implement solutions to improve Quality and reduce costs utilizing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and QDM. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $7,502.51/month (E25) Additional Details: The desired location for this hybrid position is in Memphis, TN.
