*Release Train Engineer Opportunity - Hybrid Onsite Charlotte, North Carolina *
*Description* 1. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning: Organize and lead PI planning sessions, ensuring alignment of objectives and priorities across Agile teams. Prepare teams and stakeholders for PI planning by refining backlogs and setting clear agendas. 2. Manage and Optimize Flow: Oversee the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) by managing dependencies and optimizing the ART's backlog. Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ART. 3.Risk and Issue Management: Identify, resolve, and escalate impediments and risks that may impact the ART's delivery. Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues. 4. Continuous Improvement: Drive program-level continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing metrics and feedback. Implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 5. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with other RTEs, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams and external stakeholders. 6. Coaching and Mentoring: Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance and collaboration. 7. Program Execution: Ensure alignment, transparency, and execution throughout the lifecycle of program increments. Monitor progress and ensure that the ART stays on track with its goals. *Skills* Agile, Release train, Jira, RTE Cert 1. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Program Consultant) are a plus. 2. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. 3. Must be able to be on-site 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
