Position Summary:

In the Business Development Manager - Pac-IQ role, you'll be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within the post-acute market. You'll focus on both existing Direct Supply accounts and new opportunities, turning non-buyers into loyal customers. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You'll bring expertise in how technology and AI can streamline inefficient processes and drive improved outcomes for customers.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Champion the value of Pac-IQ by transforming the hospital-to-post-acute transition process to be easier, safer, and faster for all stakeholders.

  • Generate new revenue by selling Pac-IQ through proactive prospecting and relationship development with decision-makers via phone, digital channels, conferences, and in-person meetings. Partner with internal teams to drive leads and build a strong, qualified pipeline.

  • Ensure smooth handoff of converted accounts to implementation and account management teams for continued success.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with executives, administrators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Gain a deep understanding of healthcare facility operations, including admissions, referral management, budgeting, roles and responsibilities, levels of care, and decision-making workflows.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department lead.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical field preferred, or a bachelor's degree with relevant healthcare experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in long-term care clinical operations at the regional or corporate level.

  • 2+ years of experience in post-acute admissions management or business development, with working knowledge of EHRs and CRMs.

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, with demonstrated ability to prospect and grow underdeveloped accounts.

  • Proven ability to use predictive analytics and digital marketing tools to drive sales and customer engagement. Skilled in leveraging data (e.g., care type, census) to prioritize prospects and collaborating with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales tools that accelerate the sales cycle.

Additional Items of Interest:
