Pay: $12-$15/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Answer customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate information.
  • Process adjustments to ensure correct financial management.
  • Analyze customer data to identify and recommend useful services or improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Support team success by contributing to shared goals and assisting colleagues when needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering calls, data entry, and filing.



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
  • Knowledge of HVAC products/services is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality service
