Join Our Team as a Senior Manager-Information Technology!

Are you passionate about Oracle? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our IT function. As a Senior Manager, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Senior Manager of ERP development team is responsible for managing the roadmap and technical execution of projects within the ERP to meet business objectives. The leader is expected to manage internal and external resources effectively to best design and meet requirements suited to strategic business direction. Success includes participating in the long-term roadmap and leveraging the skills and talent within the team to execute this roadmap while developing the team and individuals to meet career and business needs of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle EBS developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle EBS development projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

What you'll Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Solutions Design, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development or other ERP platform, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, modules, and development tools or similar platform.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12) or comparable.
• CSBA or CBAP
• PMP or PMI-PBA
• SCRUM Master
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with business systems analysis & design practices.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.
