Job Description

As the Sales Excellence Leader, NAMfor the high-growth North America Region of Veolia Water Technologies, you will provide strategic direction, goals and metrics for the sales activities. Our sales team operates in a complex environment selling a large portfolio of products across all market segments utilizing several different channels to market . Your leadership will be pivotal in engaging with S&OP, sales and business leaders to ensure sales excellence. An in-depth understanding of the Water industry, products and services is essential for the success of this role.

Works closely with Sales teams to achieve:

  • Forecasting and process accuracy for all 4 business lines

  • Sales WIN-Loss Analysis

  • Sales by market and by channel analysis

  • Deliver accurate commercial inputs to the S&OP process

  • Accurate sales demand view by products and technology

  • Sales force effectiveness analysis

  • SIP design to drive sales intensity

  • Digitally focused with SFDC and SAP as the backbone

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Marketing from an accredited college or university.

  • 10+ years of direct or indirect sales experience.

  • Organizational, analytical and project management skills.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to coach and motivate a team and lead direct reports

  • Ability to build relationships across the organization.

  • Ability and willingness to travel (20%) and reside within the region.

Additional Information
  • Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $144,000.00- 153,000.00 USD
