Do you thrive in cross-functional teams and have a knack for developing innovative strategies that align with business goals? About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate with business area leaders and project teams to address their unique needs while navigating the complexities of organizational design. Your role will be instrumental in shaping State Farm's organizational design practices, and you will be challenged to lead through ambiguity, driving impactful solutions that enhance collaboration and technological integration.

Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement effective organizational design strategies that optimize team structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and enhance governance processes-all aimed at improving performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Partnership Development: Work closely with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business executives, to plan, prepare, and execute organizational design initiatives.

Data-Driven Insights: Conduct thorough organizational analyses to identify root causes of issues and develop targeted action plans that align with business objectives.

Job Architecture Support: Collaborate with other experts to establish and maintain a cohesive organizational-wide Job Architecture and role design framework.



Qualifications

We're Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in organizational design and reorganization, with a minimum of five years of experience in consulting on large-scale initiatives.

Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive projects, develop strategic approaches at the department or enterprise level, facilitate productive working sessions, and effectively present to executive and senior leadership.

Influence and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, keep stakeholders engaged and informed, and drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment.

Relevant Background: Experience in research and modeling, organizational psychology, or organizational design is preferred, along with relevant certifications.

Our Benefits

Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!

  • Potential starting salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
