Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, identifying pain points, and providing actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Evaluation: Document existing global HR processes to identify global standards, inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Determine critical pain points within current processes that hinder performance and productivity.
- Develop and present detailed recommendations for process improvements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders across various countries to gather insights, validate findings, and ensure alignment on proposed changes.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather detailed information and insights on current processes and pain points.
- Create a list of areas of resistance that can be leveraged as part of future change management initiative.
Qualifications:
- Seeking a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Candidate should be entering their junior or senior year of college.
Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting interviews to gather qualitative data and insights.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
