Your opportunity As the Director of Tax, you'll be responsible for helping to lead, develop, and drive the global tax strategy for New Relic. You'll be a key member of the leadership team developing and strengthening collaborative relationships with colleagues in Business, Accounting and FP&A. In your role, you'll lead a team of five tax professionals and will be primarily responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of direct and indirect tax. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax laws, develops tax strategies, manages tax risk, and leads the tax team to optimize the company's financial performance and minimize tax liabilities. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
