Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the frontline connection between our clients and their customers.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and fax to address inquiries and provide timely support
  • Processing product orders and providing information or samples as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account records
  • Entering orders and payments into company systems
  • Performing general administrative duties, including filing and document organization
  • Handling pick, pack, and shipping preparation tasks using UPS WorldShip, USPS, and FedEx systems
  • Lifting and moving shipments weighing up to 25 pounds



What We're Looking For:



  • Previous administrative experience is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency with shipping platforms is a plus
