UMKC School of Dentistry Office of Student Programs Job Description
The UMKC School of Dentistry Office of Student Programs is seeking an experienced, computer savvy, customer-service focused Office Support Assistant to join their collaborative, team environment. This individual must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide strong technical and administrative support. This individual serves as the "front door" for every applicant and student in the School of Dentistry. A welcoming presence focused on serving guest, students, staff and faculty is required. Duties include but are not limited to:

This position is scheduled 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On rare occasions, this position will have some evening/weekend work required on an as needed basis. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Education or training beyond high school may be substituted for experience. Preferred Qualifications
An associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Successful applicants will have the following:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access. Anticipated Hiring Range
Starting compensation range is from $17-19 an hour and will be commensurate with experience. Application Deadline
