*This is a remote position with travel required a few times per year.

What You'll Do:

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will lead the growth and optimization of Utz's digital retail presence across owned and third-party platforms. This cross-functional role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving performance through digital merchandising, assortment management, retail collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a track record of success in consumer packaged goods (CPG), e-commerce sales, and digital commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies to grow digital commerce and e-commerce revenue across third-party platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart) and owned channels like Utzsnacks.com.
  • Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans across all digital platforms to maximize profitability and customer engagement.
  • Oversee operational performance, working with internal teams to ensure efficient fulfillment, accurate forecasting, and product availability.
  • Leverage ecommerce and performance analytics tools (e.g., Stackline, Profitero, Syndigo) to inform decision-making, monitor trends, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Align e-commerce efforts with broader omnichannel initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Support and contribute to DTC efforts through merchandising enhancements, customer experience improvements, and operational collaboration on Utzsnacks.com.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed updates to stakeholders through briefs, dashboards, and regular business reviews.


What We're Looking For:



  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital or online merchandising, (preferably in CPG or food/snack categories.)
  • Skills That Make You Shine: Expertise in ecommerce analytics tools (like Stackline, Profitero, etc.), strong project management, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
  • Know your way around Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Kroger Mirakl, Walmart Seller Center, and more.
  • Passion for Innovation: A love for consumer goods, a deep understanding of the evolving ecommerce landscape, and the drive to shape the future of snacking.
  • Love working with cross-functional teams and building relationships that get results.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and bring energy, creativity, and a "let's do this" mindset.
