Responsible for the bank's funds transfer pricing (FTP model and monthly process) and support all other aspects of the Treasury department including investments & funding, liquidity, capital and interest rate risk management, ALCO package preparation, and model governance. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * Prepare and process the Bank's FTP model and assisting with the ALM process. * Support all aspects of the FTP model including data integrity, results, and variance analysis. * Maintain, update, and improve, where possible and appropriate, the analytics that support the assumptions recalibration process for the FTP model. * Coordinate with all levels of management and other departments to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare materials for the Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and various other monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate Treasury related reports. * Research economic trends and investment opportunities. * Prepare reports of analysis findings and presents to managers for decision support. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: * Understanding of banking concepts, accounting, finance and economic principles. * Ability to work under limited supervision and direction while managing multiple priorities. * Financial management and analysis knowledge. * Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of bank operations, products, and services. * Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. * Team-oriented. * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and PowerPoint. * Trend Analysis. * Financial Analysis Software. * Predictive Analytics Software. Industry and Work Experience: * 8+ years' experience in asset liability management or other financial modeling experience required. * Experience and/or training with Power Query, SAS, SQL Server Management Studio or other SQL coding required. Power BI and/or Excel VBA experience preferred. * Datamining, statistical analytics or statistical modeling experience preferred. * Experience with Treasury models (ALM, FTP, Deposit Analytics and/or Liquidity Stress Test) preferred. Academic: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or other business related field required. * Master's degree or MBA preferred. * CFA preferred.
