Position Details CU Denver Official Title: Academic Services Intermediate Professional Working Title: Admissions Coordinator FTE: Full-time 1.0 (100%) FTE | Hybrid Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 Position #00624266 - Requisition #36675 Join CU Denver About CU Denver Job Description * Applications are accepted electronically ONLY at www.cu.edu/cu-careers * The Admissions Coordinator position will oversee domestic and international admission and records processes for both undergraduate and graduate business students. This position will assist the Assistant Director of Admissions and Principal Professional Admissions Coordinator with hiring, firing, training and supervising student staff. This position will suggest ways to improve admissions policies and procedures in the undergraduate and graduate admissions area for the Business School and will assist with updating the training manual as needed. As the primary in-person contact for domestic, international, and graduate Business School students, this position will communicate details on how to apply and what materials are needed while resolving conflicts that arise with documentation and application processing. This position will maintain an admissions database system while implementing and monitoring compliance with university policies. Incumbents are responsible for collaborating with university offices to facilitate consistent communication with Business School applicants. This position will directly report to the Principal Professional Admissions Coordinator. Admissions Coordinator What you will do:

Mental, Physical, and/or Environmental Requirements The ability to sit for extended periods, stand and walk occasionally, reach with hands and arms, use hands to manipulate a keyboard and mouse, and have good near vision for computer work;often requiring minimal lifting, but may involve bending or reaching to retrieve items from shelves or drawers. Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $50,000 - $53,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
