As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This post requires driving as part of your duties. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and following established protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts by communicating with appropriate personnel and following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities within the state.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
