- Oversee Privacy Customer Relationship Management activities including development of SOPs, process charts, and regular updates to policy packages and departmental reports.
- Lead privacy guidance and training support by conducting gap assessments, drafting training strategies, and managing documentation for webinars, meetings, and ongoing education initiatives.
- Ensure effective delivery of Privacy Web Support deliverables including Section 508 reports, technical documentation, SOPs, wireframes, and performance metrics.
- Support development of a VA Privacy Program Plan and prepare senior leaders for public speaking through tailored engagement packages. Respond to internal and external communications needs, including Congressional and OIG inquiries.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team spanning policy, communication, development, and operations to ensure cohesive and efficient execution of all contract deliverables.
