THE JOB: Asa Luxury Retail Assistant Manager, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability, staff engagement and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards, efficient stockroom organization, and a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Bellagio's commitment to luxury and excellence Onboard new hires and support the training and development of retail staff by fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, coaching on sales strategies, guiding daily operations, and ensuring elevated guest experiences Perform daily walkthroughs of eight retail stores to ensure operational excellence, policy compliance, and to identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive profitability Implement and maintain cost control procedures, including minimizing shrink and monitoring inventory levels to support financial success and store profitability
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and currently holds or is able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, management, or retail setting Has retail leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting
