Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our award-winning Business Development team. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting business development plans, projects, and initiatives across offices, practices, industries, and business development functions for multiple stakeholders. Bringing exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and communication skills, the Business Development Specialist effectively drives projects from development to completion, demonstrating the flexibility and commitment needed to timely and effectively support the needs of multiple business development initiatives. Working closely with all levels of staff and lawyers at the firm, you'll support the development, approval, planning, and execution of department projects, ensuring projects remain on time and within scope. Responsible for generating superior quality work product in multiple formats, the ideal candidate will possess an advanced ability to multi-task, and bring a blend of project leadership, business analysis, executive communication, and process management to the role. For positions in New York, NY and San Francisco, CA, the salary range for this job posting is: $78,500 to $125,600. For positions in Washington, DC, the salary range for this job posting is: $72,200 to $115,500. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
